After 10 years at 1431 N. Cadwallader Street, we’re bittersweetly saying goodbye to our beloved space. This quaint and historic carriage house has made this a journey to say the least, filled with unforgettable memories and amazing people. We are so grateful for every person who’s been a part of our story—from our dedicated team to our loyal customers and partners. Thank you for your support through it all!
We’ll be taking a major step for the distillery as we join efforts with our other distillery team, Faber Spirits, to move into a much larger production facility dedicated to ramping up production in the northeast. Bringing the full Millstone Spirits team together under one roof will ensure we can continue producing some of the finest spirits around. If you’ve ever been curious to see how a distillery is built, get excited as we’ll be showing the steps along the way.
While we’re loading up trucks, and building out this facility, our bottle shop will remain open through the end of the month. So come on by, enjoy a pour, and take in the beauty of our first building while we’re still there. All our spirits will be available to take home with you and will continue to be available online even after those doors close. And don’t worry — we’re already on the lookout for a future tasting room and bottle shop where we can continue to share the love for our spirits. In the meantime, be sure to visit our satellite locations Enswell and The Bar Cart and come say hey down at our booth in Love Park during Christmas Village. Stay tuned as there is much more to come!
Here’s to new beginnings and thank you for being part of this chapter with us.
Rome wasn’t built in a day.
Neither was Philadelphia.
For over three centuries diverse people from all over the world have collaborated to see William Penn’s grand experiment come to life, a free-thinking metropolis where anything was possible because it already was.
Our city is the birthplace of most of the things we as Americans now take for granted: electricity, democracy, the spirit of America and American spirits.
If we didn’t invent it, we strove to better it.
We didn’t invent spirits and we didn’t invent Liberty, but we’re making them New.
WELCOME TO NEW LIBERTY.
