Bloody Butcher Bourbon
In the early 1800s, European settlers in the southern United States
blended their corn with a native variety, resulting in the iconic
Bloody Butcher Corn. Our Bloody Butcher Bourbon, celebrating
this heritage, combines this unique corn with Malted Rye and
Barley for a balanced flavor profile. Aged for 12 months in New
Charred American Oak, it offers notes of milk chocolate, leather,
stone fruit, and a dry spice finish, sourced from
local mills in Pennsylvania.
