PRIVATE EVENTS

Our 110 year old three story building once served as a stable, and much of its architecture, including the horse stalls, have been preserved. The building has been beautifully restored and is now a working distillery, providing a home to our custom-made copper-pot still, a rick house where we barrel age our whiskey, and a beautiful bar and tasting room. With its many unique attributes and spaces, our distillery can serve as a spectacular backdrop and venue for a variety of uses and events!

What is the capacity of New Liberty Distillery’s event space?

We are a reception-style venue. We are proud to offer a variety of spaces for you to book. Our 2nd Floor Barrel Room can host up to 65 guests, the 3rd Floor Tasting Room can host up to 75 guests, and the outdoor Cocktail Garden can host up to 90 guests. Multiple spaces within the distillery can be booked to best serve the maximum indoor capacity of 125 people.

Does New Liberty offer a Bar Package for events?

We are proud to offer a robust Beverage Package at New Liberty, with a variety of service options including Open Bar, Consumption Bar, and Cash Bar.

Our Bar Package features New Liberty Distillery’s spirits and canned cocktails/seltzers, the option to select up-to four (4) craft cocktails curated by our in-house mixologist, local wine and craft beer, one non-alcoholic cocktail, and a variety of soft drinks. All packages include bar staff, and event set up/breakdown.

What is your Rental Fee?

We care about the award-winning spirits we create a New Liberty Distillery and want to invite you to care as well. To do this, we are proud to waive the Venue Rental Fee for all private events. All events are priced exclusively at a Beverage Minimum, inclusive of your Bar Package. Beverage Minimums range from $1000-$3500. A 10% Philadelphia Drink Tax and 20% Gratuity Fee is added separate to the Beverage Minimum.

Does New Liberty Distillery provide food for events?

While we do not prepare food onsite, we work with a handful of outside caterers that provide food and help bring the distillery to life and will work closely with whichever vendor you choose.

How long can I host my event for?

With a Beverage Package, your guests can enjoy either three hours or five hours within New Liberty’s space. We offer an hour of set-up and breakdown time in all packages. Full venue buyout or additional venue hours are available, please inquire for more information.
